About Beckendorf Blades

Beckendorf Blades is a bladesmithing shop located in Botswana founded by Andrew Beckendorf in 2016. Beckendorf Blades makes hand-forged cutlery, including hunting knives, skinners, and utility knives. Andrew Beckendorf can also create certain custom orders, within certain size and material constraints. All knives are forged from high-carbon steel, giving them superior strength and edge retention. Knives may come with an optional handmade leather sheath.

The Logo

This logo is stamped into the steel of all Beckendorf Blades knives. It stands for the maker’s initials, A.A.B. Facing upwards, the two mountain peaks represent the two A’s in Andrew Alexander.

On its side, the logo represents the letter B in Beckendorf.
